Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and TC Team, the maker of twistcircle. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

1. Who can use twistcircle

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires it.
• You must give true information when you sign up and use your real identity.
• One person may have one personal account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private.

2. Your content

You own the posts, photos, videos and comments you share. By posting on twistcircle, you give us permission to store, display and distribute that content inside the app so the service can work. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it or the law requires us to keep it.

Only post content you created or have the right to share.

3. Rules

You must follow our Community Guidelines and the law. You must not:

• Post illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual or violent content, or anything that endangers children.
• Harass, threaten, scam or impersonate anyone.
• Use bots, fake accounts or automated tools, or buy likes or connections.
• Try to hack, overload or misuse the app or other users' data.

4. Moderation and enforcement

You can report posts and users in the app. We review reports and may remove content, give warnings, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, you can ask for a review within 30 days by writing to [email protected].

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, or by following the steps on Delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

6. The service

twistcircle is free to use. We are constantly improving the app, so features may change, be added or be removed. We provide the app "as is" and cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

We are not responsible for content posted by users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

7. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You must also follow the laws of the country where you use the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. For important changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using twistcircle after that, you accept the new Terms.
